This modern renovation project in Canada brilliantly combines classic style with modern features to create a wonderfully unique yet comfortable home. Offering generous space, the house includes large bright windows, custom-built cabinetry, exquisite finishes, and high ceilings. The home also features an upgraded electrical system, a smart HVAC system, and a built-in security system. The layout of the third floor is unusual and very impressive. In the center – a closed cubic space, inside which there is a bathroom, covered with marble, and a dressing room. And the outer sides of this cube contain shelves for books. On one side is equipped with a workplace – the original computer desk. By the way, the shelves are made of reclaimed wood!
